Job description
Scismic is supporting the growth of an early stage biotechnology company backed by private and philanthropic foundation funding whose mission is to develop a cutting-edge nucleic acid-based platform technology for next-generation treatments for oncology, inflammatory, and infectious disease.
We are seeking a highly motivated and goal-oriented Project Manager to join the company. The successful candidate is expected to manage and ensure the timely execution of milestones across multiple scientific programs in order to achieve our company’s mission and vision of advancing first- and best-in-class antibody and therapeutic protein technologies to humans in order to significantly reduce the impact of diseases worldwide.
Specific tasks may include, but are not limited to:
- Creating and managing preclinical and clinical development timelines with sponsors and/or collaborators to ensure milestones are met.
- Regularly communicating with partner CROs and CMOs to ensure efficient work flow between organizations
- Coordinating with legal counsel to oversee the execution of legal agreements (e.g. MTAs, CDAs and Master Services Agreements).
- Reporting to funders, and organizing and facilitating internal and external project team meetings.
- Support the finance team in developing budgets and tracking expenditures.
