Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop prototype electrical systems and components for electroporation devices.
- Conduct feasibility studies and simulations to evaluate design concepts and performance.
- Create detailed electrical schematics, diagrams, and layouts.
- Collaborate with other engineers to integrate electrical components into overall system designs.
- Perform testing, troubleshooting, and validation of electrical systems to ensure
Compliance with performance specifications and safety standards. - Develop and implement protocols for the calibration and maintenance of electroporation equipment.
- Analyze data and provide technical reports and documentation to support product development and regulatory submissions.
- Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in electroporation technology to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
- Participate in cross-functional team meetings and contribute to project planning and
decision-making processes.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree or PhD (preferred) in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience in electrical system design and development, preferably in the biomedical or medical device industry.
- Strong understanding of electroporation principles and applications.
- Proficiency in using electrical design and PCB layout software.
- Experience with simulation tools (e.g., SPICE, MATLAB) for circuit analysis and optimization.
- Knowledge of regulatory standards and requirements for medical devices (e.g., ISO, FDA).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively in a team environment.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with high-voltage circuit design and safety protocols.
- Familiarity with embedded systems and firmware development.
- Hands-on experience with laboratory testing and prototyping.
- Experience with impedance recordings and analysis.
