Sales Executive - Recruitment Solutions

Job description
- Present and utilize Scismic’s proprietary skills-based technology, digital taxonomy and Customer Success team to offer a distinct difference and commercial advantage to clients.
- Clearly articulate the benefits and value of Scismic’s solutions to prospective and existing clients.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with Hiring Managers and Talent Acquisition teams across the Life Sciences sector.
- Provide expert advice and consultation to clients on recruitment best practices, market trends, and candidate engagement strategies.
- Understand client recruitment needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Generate revenue through recruitment services (search, contingent, project hiring and recruitment process outsourcing).
- Watch for and introduce opportunities to generate additional revenues from technology services as applicable (selling Scismic’s technology to clients that want to use it ‘inhouse’).
- Work closely with our scientific Customer Success team, to ensure the successful delivery of recruitment assignments and maintain high client satisfaction levels.
- Track and report on client recruitment metrics, providing clients with insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- 3-6* years proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant, Talent Acquisition Partner or similar role within the Life Sciences sector (*more experience will be considered).
- Strong understanding of Life Sciences roles and their reporting relationships (place within the company’s Org. Design), ideally within Pharma and BioTech.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Experience utilizing technology and data-driven approaches in recruitment.
- Ability to differentiate services through consultative sales and a deep understanding of client needs.
- Ability to multitask and switch between projects.
- Values efficient processes and systems.
- A demonstrable track record of revenue generation.
- A demonstrable track record of new client development.
- A demonstrable track record of account development.
- A demonstrable track record of solutions selling (more than one type of recruitment service).
